Wow, who would have thought to use buttermilk in lieu of water or regular milk when scrambling eggs? I came back to KC and tried it. Fluffy, light, flavorful and delicious - just like in wine county, except without the ambiance - although my house in Overland Park does back up to a lovely vineyard, so having these eggs, looking out over the vineyard this morning brought me back to those great memories I had celebrating my 50th in northern California this past spring.
